As a Gold or Diamond member, you can enjoy complimentary room upgrades, early and late check-in and breakfast, as well as special guest services such as curbside or in-room check-in. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, there are more benefits such as guaranteed reservations at specified restaurants and a 10 per cent discount on any spa treatment.
