A visitor scans a QR code on the wrapping paper of grapes in Suqiao town in East China’s Jiangxi Province on Monday. The town, known as “the hometown of grapes,” has more than 200 hectares of grape vines under cultivation with annual output of about 6,000 tons. Consumers can scan the OR codes to get information such as production area and the amount of fertilizer used.
