Ministry welcomes WTO ruling

China’s Ministry of Commerce on Wednesday welcomed a World Trade Organization panel report that ruled the US violated WTO rules in 13 anti- dumping measures imposed on imports from China.

The WTO panel supported China’s main claims in the report ruling the US violated WTO rules in terms of targeted dumping and refusal to set separate rates for Chinese exporters involving electromechanical and light products with annual exports of $ 8.4 billion.
