A Lu’an, Anhui Province man was rushed to hospital Wednesday when he began spitting up blood in an Internet café following a nine- hour gaming binge.

Employees called local police when the man refused to go to hospital after he fell to the ground coughing blood.

The man had been playing for nine hours straight as part of a team in the game and was reluctant to stop despite his condition, employees said.

“Please help me up,” he told officers, “My team’s gonna win!”

The man is in stable condition.

A performanc­e artist debuted his latest work on Valentine’s Day which involved him dancing in the street with a sex doll as his partner.

Liu Qiao of Jiangxi Province said the piece aims to challenge convention­al ideas of love.

“There is heterosexu­al love, homosexual love, and also love between human beings and objects,” said Liu.

His daring dance got netizens twisting and shouting with joy and disapprova­l alike.

“Just put some clothes on her!” Sina Weibo user “buzuohuisi­wangxingre­n” commented.

A secretary at a Shanghai tech firm recently found love because of her neat handwritin­g.

Xiao Ling ( pseudonym) had taken such elegantly written notes during a long distance conference that her boss, after reviewing them, had to meet her in person.

“They began chatting with each other and eventually started dating,” said Xiao Ling’s colleague, surnamed Wang.

Xiao Ling had also aced her job interview due to her outstandin­g handwritin­g, Wang added.

A janitor in northeaste­rn China’s Liaoning Province reportedly sold his apartment to help underprivi­leged children get an education.

Zhao Yongjiu, the 56- yearold janitor working in Shenyang, has donated over 180,000 yuan ($ 26,172) to 45 different children over the past three decades.

Despite living in a cramped apartment and surviving on 2,000 yuan ($ 291) monthly salary in order to keep giving, Zhao is rich in perspectiv­e.

“I’m still living a far much better life than the children I help,” Zhao said.

“I will keep on helping them,” he added.
