Air China
Air China said from Sunday it will have 395 passenger routes, including 102 international routes.
In May, the airline expects to open a route from Shanghai to Barcelona that flies three times a week.
In June, it plans to launch a thrice weekly route from Beijing to Astana, Kazakhstan and a route from Beijing to Zurich, Switzerland, that flies four times a week.
The carrier said it will also increase the frequency of flights on more than 10 routes from China to the US and Europe, including routes from Beijing to Houston, Beijing to New York and Beijing to Montreal.
China Southern
China Southern Airlines said from Sunday it will have 206 destinations until October 28 with more than 15,000 weekly flights, an increase of 2.1 percent than the same period in 2016.
In April, the carrier will launch a route from Guangzhou, capital of South China’s Guangdong Province, to Mexico with a stopover in Vancouver.
In June, it plans to increase the frequency of flights on its route from Guangzhou to London to twice per week and on its route from Guangzhou to Bangkok to three times a week.
Emirates
Emirates operated the scheduled commercial Airbus A380 flight to South America and North Africa on March 26.
Travelers and fans of the highly popular Emirates A380 now have more opportunities to enjoy the aircraft as Emirates flies the A380 to 49 destinations on six continents.
This provides more travel experience for Chinese passengers departing from five Emirates destinations in China aboard an A380 flight, when they travel to Morocco in North Africa or Sao Paulo in South America.
