Boeing
Boeing said on Monday that its subsidiary AerData is growing its leasing software presence in China under a new agreement with Beijing- headquartered Everbright Financial Leasing Co that will consolidate data from multiple sources using a single Corporate Management System ( CMS) platform.
The platform will reduce risks for lessors by giving them full control and oversight of asset values, contract information and technical details.
CMS is an industry- leading program that supports aircraft leasing business processes and asset management including maintenance, upgrades and flight records for individual airplanes.
Cathay Dragon
Cathay Dragon announced on Wednesday that it will launch a new four- timesweekly service between Hong Kong and Nanning, capital of South China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region beginning on January 8, 2018, further strengthening the airline’s network on the Chinese mainland.
The new service will be operated by the airline’s fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft in a two- class configuration.
Capital Airlines
Capital Airlines starts its route from Qingdao, East China’s Shandong Province to Sydney, Australia on Sunday with four frequencies per week.
It is the second route that Capital Airlines will open to Australia after the Chinese carrier started the route from Qingdao to Melbourne in September 2016.
Hainan Airlines
Hainan Airlines starts its route from Moscow to Beijing on Tuesday, the first route to operate with a Boeing 787 between China and Russia.
The company said the route from Beijing to St. Petersburg will also fly with a Boeing 787 from Wednesday.
