Unusual sinkhole

A portion of the road sinks as rainwater flowed into the soil pipe and pushed up a manhole in Asahikawa, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan on Tuesday. A front was stationary over Hokkaido and a warning was given for the heavy rain and flooding in Karachi, Rumoi and Kamikawa districts the same day. The lower section of Ishikawa River overflowed in Asahikawa.
