For this particular house, ACTS Group worked in collaboration with other consulting firms to restructure the interior without compromising the original architecture of the building. The home balances the classical and the modern in equal measure, with touches of softness. Comprising three floors and a backyard, Carl believes the property will make a perfect home for a young, sophisticated family who values privacy and their own space. "Our philosophy is to have symmetry and very good proportions," says Carl. "I think these are key to designing a residence. This has both the grandeur of a big house and the intimacy of a home."

Another signature of the firm is equal focus on outdoor and indoor elements. "The focus wasn’t only on the interiors, but also the landscaping. We try to connect the inside with the outside," says Carl. "Here, the spaces flow very well with each other." The garden is a particularly prime space for outdoor dining and parties, given that the kitchen doors open directly onto the patio.

ACTS Group與其他顧問公司合作重整這間獨立屋的室內佈局，而同時亦成功保留大廈的原有建築特色。家居在經典與現代風格之間拿捏完美平衡，並注入柔和魅力。Carl深信這幢三層高、擁有後花園的物業將能成為注重私隱和享受各自空間的年輕家庭的安樂窩。「我們的哲學就是打造對稱與良好比例。」Carl表示：「我想這些都是設計住宅的關鍵。這片空間便正好揉合大屋應有的氣派及家居必備的親暱氣質。」

公司另一特色就是專注戶外與室內的元素。「焦點不只在室內裝潢，園景也非常重要。我們嘗試將兩者連結起來。」Carl說：「廚房門與露台互通相連，讓花園成了戶外用餐和舉行派對的好地方。」
