Pimm’s is the peren­nial cock­tail of choice for sea­sonal al fresco din­ing. Why not make in­di­vid­ual por­tions for pic­nic-go­ers in re­us­able flasks, each com­plete with plenty of chopped mint, cu­cum­ber and fruit, as well as an en­vi­ron­men­tally-friendly pa­per straw.
