SUMMER SPREAD

Pimm’s is the perennial cocktail of choice for seasonal al fresco dining. Why not make individual portions for picnic-goers in reusable flasks, each complete with plenty of chopped mint, cucumber and fruit, as well as an environmentally-friendly paper straw. An array of cheeses presented on a wooden board, like this one from Mirth, is an excellent addition to any picnic.
