My Milan
Edoardo Caovilla’s favourite spots in Italy’s fashion and design hub
SFORZA CASTLE
One of the few buildings in the city that survived the bombing during World War II. It gives us a glimpse of what Milan was like before.
SANTA MARIA DELLE GRAZIE
The convent next to the church is home to Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper. You need to make a reservation in advance, but it’s a must-see when you are in Milan.
VIA MADONNINA
A street in the trendy design district of Brera that is full of interesting boutique shops. To me, it’s an example of the real Milan.
LANGOSTERIA
My wife and I love dining here. It has a cosy design and a good variety of dishes from across Italy.
CIMMINO 104
Their bar snacks menu features specialties from southern Italy. A great place for aperitivo hour.
