Southeast Asian property developers have become increasingly important in the London market over the past 10 years, and now Malaysian developer AlloyMtd Group has launched sales for its city-centre One Crown Place scheme, promising to deliver 246 apartments, a boutique hotel, office space, shops and restaurants by 2020. The development is sandwiched between the City of London business district to the west and fashionable Shoreditch to the north, home to London’s tech and creative industries.

Designed by the firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, One Crown Place combines new structures, including two striking terracotta towers, and restored period buildings. Residents’ amenities will include a gym, private dining room, lounge, cinema, treatment room and terrace.
