MR. C RESIDENCES LOS ANGELES, US
The brand
La dolce vita is on offer in LA from the creators of Venice’s world-famous Harry’s Bar. Yes, the Ciprianis, whose name has become synonymous with good food and fine living since they opened Harry’s in 1931 and expanded their hospitality business across the world, have built a total of five condos next to their Mr. C Beverly Hills hotel. The Ciprianis are behind one of a handful of family-named and owned brands in the branded property sector and their New York restaurants and California hotels empire has been built up over four generations. They put their success down to always treating their customers like royalty.
The property
Designed by Californian architect Ray Kappe and Italian designer Marcello Pozzi to embody the California lifestyle, each of the five Mr. C Residences features sophisticated contemporary design, glass window walls that frame the sweeping city views and open, airy interiors. Residents have access to the hotel’s amenities, including room service from its restaurant and use of the concierge service, which makes reservations and other arrangements such as recommending a personal shopper. Residents can use the hotel spa and its 4,500sqft pool terrace that features a poolside bar, daybeds and cabanas with a daily attendant service. The prices for the twobedroom condos start at US$6.65m, through Savills.
