Distinguished guests enjoyed the exceptional food and wine on offer. The dining options included smoked salmon with capers, pâté with fig, olive and bell pepper salad, a cheese station, a ham-carving station and a pork terrine station. There was also a beautiful macaron station with chocolate, raspberry, pistachio and coffee macarons. The highlight appeared to be the cheese station, where many of the guests were gathered for a big portion of the night. The excellent cuisine was accompanied by a wonderful selection of champagne and spirits provided by Pernod Ricard.
