Dis­tin­guished guests en­joyed the ex­cep­tional food and wine on of­fer. The din­ing op­tions in­cluded smoked sal­mon with capers, pâté with fig, olive and bell pep­per salad, a cheese sta­tion, a ham-carv­ing sta­tion and a pork ter­rine sta­tion. There was also a beau­ti­ful mac­aron sta­tion with choco­late, rasp­berry, pis­ta­chio and cof­fee mac­arons. The high­light ap­peared to be the cheese sta­tion, where many of the guests were gath­ered for a big por­tion of the night. The ex­cel­lent cui­sine was ac­com­pa­nied by a won­der­ful se­lec­tion of cham­pagne and spir­its pro­vided by Pernod Ri­card.
