HAPY FEET
The highlight of the evening was the stunning performances by the line-up of ballroom dancers, all of whom have competed in various tournaments across Asia. The dancers swept the floor with the samba, foxtrot, cha-cha, quickstep, rhumba and the lesser known Latin classic the paso doble. The numerous opportunities for guests to take to the floor during the event ensured everybody got a chance to show off their own footwork. The gathering also ate their way through a delicious menu that included braised abalone, black truffle soup, lobster thermidor and an excellent citrus Sauternes cake with mango chantilly. A night to remember.
