Bow ties and toe shoes come together for one of the longest-running fundraising balls in Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Ballet Ball lights up the Grand Ballroom of the Four Seasons hotel this month in support of one of the city’s most vibrant cultural art forms. This year’s eagerly anticipated gala, which will be held on October 17, celebrates the 35th anniversary of the Hong Kong Ballet with the particularly fitting theme of nostalgia. The dress code is black tie and sepia with a dash of colour. The evening promises to be one of ethereal elegance, with freeflowing Perrier-jouët Champagne, a sumptuous dinner and a very special performance by the Hong Kong Ballet. The city’s elite will be out in force, with the honorary patron of the organisation, Regina Leung, as the officiating guest alongside gala chairmen Maya Lin and Mira Yeh, and committee members Vena Cheng, Sarah Fung, Alicia Tan, Colleen Yu and Veronica Lam.
