DAVID MORRIS
After starting out as a goldsmith in 1959, David Morris went on to win two Diamond International Awards within three years. He then founded his own eponymous company in 1962. Today, three generations of his family are involved in the business, with Morris acting as brand ambassador and his granddaughter Phoebe, a gemologist, doing the marketing for the London office.
Leading the company are husband-and-wife team Jeremy and Erin Morris. While Erin co-designs the collections, Jeremy heads the business from the brand’s New Bond Street atelier in the heart of London.
Like his father, Jeremy started as a bench jeweller. His inspiration comes from the exquisite stones he often handles himself. Under his leadership, the brand has expanded to include boutiques in Doha, Dubai, Moscow and Hong Kong.
Unlike traditional diamond jewellers, David Morris prides itself on creating pieces that are as comfortable and easy to wear as they are striking.
