FROM STAGE TO KITCHEN

Hong kong-born nicholas tse is not short of career choices—he’s a singer, songwriter, musician, entrepreneur and actor—but he recently turned down 10 movie proposals to take the starring role of Chef Nic, a food travelogue reality TV programme airing in Mainland China. Tse’s passion for food was evident during a visit to Macau in August, when he officiated at the launch of Soho, the entertainment and dining district at City of Dreams, with his manager, Mani Fok, and London street artist D*Face. Elsewhere, the magazine talks to Chinese racing driver Ma Qinghua about his appearance this month at the Macau Grand Prix and the Venetian Macau Open.
