Inimitable rock star Sting has released the newest edition of the top drop from his wine estate in Tuscany—il Palagio Sister Moon 2011. It’s his best yet. The cabernet sauvignon, merlot and sangiovese grapes used come from vineyards around his villa, just south of Florence. All are biodynamically grown. The wine shows incredible refinement of fruit, tannin and acidity, and wonderful depth of flavour and character. Don’t miss it.
