Following a successful collaboration with The Ritz- Carlton, Kyoto, renowned French patisserie Pierre Hermé has opened at the Ritz in Hong Kong. For the launch, Café 103 and The Lounge & Bar will be serving a special Valentine’s Day afternoon tea featuring the brand’s signature macarons.
