Floral Affair Gucci flora by kris knight private dinner

Gucci celebrated the collaboration of creative director Frida Giannini and Canadian artist Kris Knight on its cruise 2015 collection with a private dinner and after-party at Lan Kwai Fong’s new California Tower. Celebrities flew in to join local VIPS for the special event, including US actor James Franco, Swedish band Say Lou Lou, South Korean actress Lee Young-ae and Taiwanese actor Ethan Juan. The night kicked off with cocktails at the Gucci store in Landmark. Guests then moved to Lan Kwai Fong for the dinner, which featured botanical-themed food catered by Tate Dining Room and Bar to complement the venue’s floral decor. The after-party had three DJS to keep the atmosphere jumping and guests mingling, and the outdoor terrace was a big hit. Pansy Ho, Yvette Yung and Helen Ma were among those seen at the gathering.
