Let’s Get Bubbly PERRIER-JOUËT GALA DINNER

Champagne-loving socialites stepped out for an exclusive gala dinner at the Island Shangri-la ballroom to celebrate the release of Belle Epoque 2007, the latest vintage of PerrierJouët’s acclaimed cuvée. The cocktail area was transformed into an enchanted garden with abundant floral arrangements. Ambient lighting in green and white reflected the freshness and the floral notes of the champagne. The gala dinner featured a live band and an enchanting vocal performance by French singer Liza Melfi. Guests were delighted to be dining with Hervé Deschamps, the seventh cellar master of the prestigious champagne house, who guided them through an impressive epicurean journey with the most exclusive cuvée. Among those seen enjoying the bubbles and the delicious repast, which included lobster risotto, were Michelle Cheng, Leonard Chao, Brandon Chau and Alan Lo.
