CHANGING YOUNG LIVES FOUNDATION’S FESTIVAL OF TREES
A beautiful garden was created in the grand ballroom of the Conrad Hong Kong for the Festival of Trees charity dinner, the signature event of the Changing Young Lives Foundation to raise funds for its programmes for underprivileged children. Themed “Garden of Hope,” the dinner was organised by committee co-chairs Jane Chao-lee and Angie Ting, with Guerlain as the title sponsor. Singer Linda Wong put on a wonderful performance. The highlight of the live auction was a classic Old Master Q four-square comic strip, for which the winning bidder was Joseph Wong. The proceeds of the evening will go towards funding the daily developmental, educational, participation and protection programmes at the foundation’s Madam TY Wong Centre in Sham Shui Po. Socialites present at the dinner included Ivan Ting, Sabrina Chiu, Jacqueline Chow and Daisy Yeung.
