Lyndhurst Terrace is soon to be home to Tartine, a chic new bistro which will serve French openfaced sandwiches crafted from the finest ingredients, such as foie gras, burrata and truffles. The eatery is a partnership between Arthur de Villepin, co-founder of the Pont Des Arts wine label and head of photographic studio Yellowkorner, and chef Philippe Orrico, the man behind On Dining Kitchen and Upper Modern Bistro. The menu will also include delectable smaller morsels for those who are averse to bread. De Villepin, the son of former French prime minister Dominique de Villepin, has lived in Hong Kong since 2010 and has also become a key player in the city’s arts community.
