DYNAMIC DUO

French couple Karina Rikun and Tom Claisse work together as the creative director and photographer, respectively, of jewellery photography firm Alma Karina Agency. Based in Paris, they frequently travel for work and aim to create darkly sophisticated images— their passion for the art of high jewellery led them to specialise in editorial and advertising projects. The duo love to reveal the precious details of jewellery and to highlight the craftsmanship of skilled artisans. This month, they photograph our dress watch shoot Birds of a Feather (p.194).
