Tick-tock

Catch an exhibition of the 72 exceptional timepieces in the running for awards at the Oscars of the watchmaking world, the Grand Prix d’horlogerie de Genève, to take place in Geneva on October 29. But be quick—the Liang Yi Museum has them on display for just one day before the watches continue on their world tour. The timepieces are vying for awards in 12 categories, and the most outstanding one overall will receive the Aiguille d’or, or Golden Hand (pictured).
