What better way to spread some early Christmas cheer than with hymns, mulled wine and a live Christmas concert in St John’s Cathedral? Following the success of 2014’s sell-out inaugural event, Quintessentially Lifestyle, the global private members club, returns with the second edition of its Christmas carolling extravaganza. The Fayre of St John, which aims to raise HK$3 million for Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre, will take place on November 24, coinciding with its similarly popular London counterpart, the Fayre of St James. More than 500 of Hong Kong’s movers and shakers will be treated to festive performances and celebrity readings from the likes of Michele Reis, followed by a rollicking private after-party at one of the city’s most prestigious nightspots. It’s time to ditch the sunnies and don the tinsel, Santa’s on his way!
