“Exceptiona­l watches for exceptiona­l women since 1875” is the tagline for Audemars Piguet’s women’s watches, so for the launch of the brand’s Millenary collection it decided to host, together with exceptiona­l businesswo­man Dee Poon, an exclusive luncheon for a group of exceptiona­l Hong Kong ladies at the Four Seasons Hotel’s Peak Suite. “We decided to collaborat­e with Dee, who is the chief brand officer of PYE, because we are both known for our spirit of independen­ce and constant quest for excellence. It seemed like the perfect pairing,” said David von Gunten, CEO of Audemars Piguet for Greater China. It was an intimate affair, with guests catching up with each other over a nice lunch and getting to try on watches from the new collection. No one left empty-handed—each guest received a beautiful grey cashmere scarf from Audemars Piguet and a gift card from PYE.
