“Ex­cep­tional watches for ex­cep­tional women since 1875” is the tagline for Aude­mars Piguet’s women’s watches, so for the launch of the brand’s Mil­lenary col­lec­tion it de­cided to host, to­gether with ex­cep­tional busi­ness­woman Dee Poon, an ex­clu­sive lun­cheon for a group of ex­cep­tional Hong Kong ladies at the Four Sea­sons Ho­tel’s Peak Suite. “We de­cided to col­lab­o­rate with Dee, who is the chief brand of­fi­cer of PYE, be­cause we are both known for our spirit of in­de­pen­dence and con­stant quest for ex­cel­lence. It seemed like the per­fect pair­ing,” said David von Gun­ten, CEO of Aude­mars Piguet for Greater China. It was an in­ti­mate af­fair, with guests catch­ing up with each other over a nice lunch and get­ting to try on watches from the new col­lec­tion. No one left empty-handed—each guest re­ceived a beau­ti­ful grey cash­mere scarf from Aude­mars Piguet and a gift card from PYE.
