PORSCHE CAYENNE The flashy Porsche can match the Range Rover Sport’s roadgoing performance, but it’s only a soft-roader when it comes to mud plugging. But that doesn’t seem to harm sales. LAND ROVER DISCOVERY The no-nonsense option. Not as quick or dynamic as the Sport, but plenty of versatility and great for off-roading, towing and fitting an entire Ikea suite in the boot.
