Is set to open a second branch of her indoor cycling studio, XYZ, in the heart of Causeway Bay

Central’s XYZ cycling studio quickly built up a fervent following that includes the likes of Sharie Ross-tse, Didier Li and Barney Cheng. Soon they’ll have a second option, with the opening on April 16 of a branch of Belinda Koo’s popular studio in Causeway Bay. With 25 bikes, the new premises is slightly smaller than its Central sister, but it has a unique feature in its juice bar, which will stock an array of Catch Juicery treats and a bespoke protein shake designed especially for XYZ. So it’s the perfect spot for those wanting to squeeze in both a ride and sustenance. In the leadup to the opening, XYZ has been training up extra instructors to ensure there are plenty on hand at both studios to get you feeling and looking fit and fabulous.
