LOAD UP ON GREEN SMOOTHIES I make myself a super potion each morning. You take two bananas, cut them up and put them in a shaker, press two lemons and put the juice in, and then you add chia seeds, almonds, pine nuts, hemp, kiwi, avocado, spirulina and a spoonful of rapeseed oil. You mix everything up and it tastes really nice, keeps you going until noon and has a tonne of nutrients. Spin it to win it I do soulcycle at least once a week. I wouldn’t be able to do it if there wasn’t such a crazy atmosphere around it, with the music and everybody sweating around you.

My home in Grasse, in the south of France, is the place where I feel most relaxed.

BROS WEAR ROSES TOO the idea behind our brand’s rose 31 is that we wanted to make men wear something that’s historically very feminine, the scent of roses. We actually stripped all elements of what makes a rose classical in our cultural dna and replaced them with woods, musks and spices to make it androgynous. It’s still very rosy.
