The Swiss-born co-founder of cult fragrance brand Le Labo gives some tips for staying fit and picking the perfect scent

LOAD UP ON GREEN SMOOTHIES I make myself a super potion each morning. You take two bananas, cut them up and put them in a shaker, press two lemons and put the juice in, and then you add chia seeds, almonds, pine nuts, hemp, kiwi, avocado, spirulina and a spoonful of rapeseed oil. You mix everything up and it tastes really nice, keeps you going until noon and has a tonne of nutrients. Spin it to win it I do soulcycle at least once a week. I wouldn’t be able to do it if there wasn’t such a crazy atmosphere around it, with the music and everybody sweating around you.
