Hong Kong Tatler partnered with Vestiaire Collective, the online marketplace for preowned luxury and designer fashion, to host an invitationonly breakfast with founder Fanny Moizant and head of authentication Victoire Boyer Chammard. Taking place in the Penthouse of the Upper House, one of the rooms was dedicated to showcasing a collection of pre-owned Chanel and Hermès handbags, as well as clothes from brands like Yves Saint Laurent— all of which can be found on Vestiaire Collective’s website. The highlight of the breakfast was a discussion with Moizant and Boyer Chammard about the process of spotting a counterfeit handbag—with many of the attendees learning a thing or two in the process.
