To mark Valentine’s day, we’ve added a handful of brainy beauties and dashing gents to our online listing of the city’s most eligible singles

Single this February? Don’t panic. There are plenty of fish in the sea and, as our updated lists of Hong Kong’s most eligible show, some of them are quite the catch. Debuting among the female talent are five accomplished women setting hearts aflutter in the city and around the world: Josephine Chiu, Yen Kuok, Helen Ma, Cara Li and Pearl Shek. Anyone would be lucky to woo one of these whip-smart, sophisticated singletons, who are as at home in the boardroom as the ballroom. They’re running international hotel chains, shaking up e-commerce and scouring the world for the best food and flavours to bring back to Hong Kong—and that’s on top of their passion projects and philanthropy.

The city’s single gents have been just as busy. Joining our list of eligible bachelors are Arthur de Villepin, Alex Yeung, Wesley Ng, Ross Yip and Aaron Lee. Several of these men are heirs to some of the city’s largest fortunes, but all of them are successes in their own right, having founded businesses, launched multimilliondollar property developments and volunteered their time and raised money for charities around the world.

One thing’s for sure: it’ll take someone with an irresistible mix of brains and looks to romance any of these high-flying men and women. Could it be you?
