绿色建筑发展之路的探索

Exploring Green Building Development

摘要 通过对绿色建筑本质意义的阐述和技术在实用艺术品中的作用，揭示了技术与艺术矛盾统一及其在建筑中的促进与制约关系规律。尝试对绿色建筑的发展过程进行预测，将其分为四个阶段，并对每个阶段的特点做了阐述，粗线条的描述了绿色建筑发展的轨迹。指出绿色建筑在走向自由之路的同时，伴随着一系列技术的成熟，必然要与艺术融合，自觉而艺术地表现技术。论文最后对建筑全寿命周期的评价进行了分析，对绿色建筑的局限性和发展完善的方面做了探索，指出健康舒适是绿色建筑技术发展的伦理指南，加上智能化技术会使绿色建筑技术更趋完善。

关键词 绿色建筑；发展阶段；绿色建筑技术abstract Based on the interpretation of the essence of green buildings and the application of technologies in practical art, this article reveals the contradictory and unified relationship between art and technologies and their both restrictive and promoting roles in architecture. This article tries to predict the development of green buildings by dividing it into four stages, and describes each stage with its characteristics and limitations. This article also broadly describes the future development of green buildings, pointing out that with the maturity of relevant technologies and in the way to freedom, green building design has to not only integrate art, but also selfconsciously present technologies artistically. This article finally analyzes the life cycle evaluation of buildings, explores their limitations and further improvement, points out that health and comfort is the ethical compass of green building technology development, and suggests that intelligent technologies will further improve green building technologies.

十几年来，绿色建筑设计与建造的行动逐渐为设计技术人员所接受。绿色建筑技术对于建筑设计是什么关系，其意义何在；绿色建筑设计的发展要经过几个阶段才能真正普及，每个阶段有什么特点；绿色建筑设计观念与技术走向自觉是怎样的过程轨道，需要用什么方式促进；绿色建筑在实用、经济、管理多重层面的合力与条件是什么；以及基于绿色建筑技术的艺术设计将走向何方。追问这一系列问题，是普及绿色建筑思想与行动的基础，需要思考与讨论。

1绿色建筑技术的本质内涵

根据现行的绿色建筑的相关条例文件，首先是从评价方式切入，参照评价标准再到各类建筑设计的“绿色”

标准。这种从“评价引导”到“标准强制”的过程，是一个逐渐被设计技术人员所认识、接受并执行的方式，其中的主要困难是代表绿色建筑的一系列技术和材料未能适应（或许在关键技术上、或许在价格经济上）大量建造的可能性，当然也有观念上的相对滞后。用评价体系的方法，虽然不是直接指引和强制性，但评价的引导，会促使材料与技术逐渐成熟而被接受。

绿色建筑技术概括起来是“四节一环保+管理”，这些技术对于建筑设计，尤其是经典的传统意义上的建筑设计来说具有一定的挑战性。一方面建筑师在传统的建筑中看到了许多先人在适应地域环境中创造的被动式准技术的营造方式；另一方面又对新的节能技术、节材技术等感到陌生。以至于现在几乎每个设计院所都有一
