1 PEANUT BUTTER AND AKURI
A spoonful of peanut butter is my go-to comfort food. As for our Just products, I love our Chef Kaimana Chee’s Just Egg akuri, a traditional Indian dish with vegetables and spices.

I’m currently listening to this podcast by National Public Radio. It offers a deep dive into any given topic. The series on US coal country presented an insideout view of what life as a miner is like today, and it was really interesting.
3 HORSEFEATHER
This is my favourite San Francisco restaurant. It has a great selection of whisky and outdoor seating so I can bring my dog Elie with me.
4 DEEP WORK:
RULES FOR FOCUSED SUCCESS IN A DISTRACTED WORLD I recently read this book by Cal Newport and would highly recommend it. It’s a great book about not getting distracted, and focusing in a more enduring and meaningful way.
5 MONROVIA FOOTBALL ACADEMY PHOTO
I have in my house a framed portrait of a child at Monrovia Football Academy in Liberia eating our Just Power Gari in my house, and it’s one of the things I’m fondest of.
