Can you tell us about Chaos? We’re a luxury tech accessories and lifestyle brand which combines form and function. How do you start designing a new collection? In my head—and we are always looking, collating and sifting through ideas. You start off on one track and suddenly you hit something and go in the opposite direction. What’s your favourite fashion film or book? The Supreme x Rimowa film [Personal Belongings]. What’s the shoe of the season? Louis Vuitton trainers. If you had to wear only one designer label for the rest of your life, what would it be? Chanel. What’s your go-to outfit if you’re in a rush? Azzedine Alaïa. Signature scent? Joy by Jean Patou. What’s your favourite Chaos product from this season? That is a hard question. Probably the Electric 8 or Daytona case. Who’s the most stylish female actress in film? Joan Crawford. What’s a fashion rule you break all the time? I didn’t know there were any. It used to be that you had to wear tights but that is obsolete now. What’s a recent purchase that you’ve worn repeatedly? My Céline sunglasses and my Chaos 69 skater T-shirt. What would like to change about the fashion industry? Nothing. It’s ever-changing all on its own and it will never stop, and that’s why it’s so exciting. What’s your most prized fashion possession? I have a pair of pink satin Christian Dior hot pants from the ’60s that belonged to my mother that I will never fit into. They live in my cupboard and I will keep them forever. If you could travel back in time, what fashion era would you like to revisit and why? The 1940s because of shoulder pads.
