KING AT THE FINISH LINE AND WINNER OF TWO INTERMEDIATE AWARDS, HAVANABORN JOSE MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ «EL PELÚ» PLAYED THE LEADING ROLE IN THE 10TH CLASSIC RACE OF SOUTH HAVANA, WHICH COVERED 104 KM NEAR THE CUBAN CAPITAL. THE ABSOLUTE WINNER OF THE RACE WAS JOINED BY OTHER CHAMPIONS
IN DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF MASTER CYCLING: ERNESTO MARTINEZ (ART 40-49), JOSE MANUEL BLANCO (HAB 50-59) AND ITALIAN VISITORS FERNANDO MARINARI (60
YEARS OLD +).
During the 10th Classic Race of South Havana, the competitors showed altruism and high values by giving over a hundred toys to children at William Soler Children Cardio Center, an idea fostered by master cyclist Jose Ramon Reyes and materialized by the entire national cycling family. The collaboration with this event was thanked by handing certificates to the executives of William Soler Children Cardio Center, National Botanic Garden, Athletic de Bilbao
Club in Cuba, Berotz Group and the Cuban Cycling Federation.
