DISTILLING AND AGING

Double distilling of parellada and ugni blanc grapes. The aging process is done in select oak barrels. White oak casks are used during the first year, and then the brandy is poured into older barrels in an effort to prevent excessive aromatic influence coming from newer wood.

Alcoholic content: 40% vol. ph: 3,5 Total acidity: 0,4 g/l Allergens: No Allergens If preserved under good conditions, it will keep its potentials over the next 20 years.

BOTTLING

75 cl and 70 cl.

TASTING NOTE

The end result is an aged brandy of slight dark amber color. Deep and warm aroma with pruned and dry fruit aftertaste. It boasts elegant spices notes (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg). It's oily and bombastic to the taste.
