DIS­TILL­ING AND AG­ING

Dou­ble dis­till­ing of parel­lada and ugni blanc grapes. The ag­ing process is done in se­lect oak bar­rels. White oak casks are used dur­ing the first year, and then the brandy is poured into older bar­rels in an ef­fort to pre­vent ex­ces­sive aro­matic in­flu­ence com­ing from newer wood.

BOT­TLING

75 cl and 70 cl.

TAST­ING NOTE

The end re­sult is an aged brandy of slight dark am­ber color. Deep and warm aroma with pruned and dry fruit aftertaste. It boasts el­e­gant spices notes (vanilla, cin­na­mon, nut­meg). It's oily and bom­bas­tic to the taste.
