Special permission given to HGVs

THE Highways Department has given special permission for eight heavy goods vehicles weighing over 2,032 kilos to use the Lefkoşa-Girne road between January 2 and February 14.

The number plates of the vehicles are HV886, PR105, JJ841, GS959, PV854, JM440, NH786 and MS634, a statement from the department’s head, Ahmet Aydın, said.
