SCORPIO (October 24 – November 22) In a time when general flexibility is essential, even more is being asked of you. When others seem to want to go too far, look at their alternatives. The world has not been black and white for some time now. Simple is simple no longer. To get the most out of this week you need to be willing to bend over backwards in a literal sense. SAGITTARIUS (November 23 – December 21) A clambering, confused and noisy week is ahead. Be careful not to give away any secrets or ideas that belong to someone else. People are getting more competitive as there is so much less opportunity for most. Be open about what you want from others without nagging. What you cannot get by charm alone this week is not worth having.

CAPRICORN (December 22 – January 20) Someone seems to be trying to confuse you this week. Keep a clear head and your eyes open. If you choose to deliberately misunderstand an offer, this could buy you time. Even so, are you in the right frame of mind to accept what is on offer? Take your time. Knowing what you want is only half the battle. You also need to know how to get it.

AQUARIUS (January 21 – February 19) Turning a corner is naturally alarming, especially when you have no inkling of what is around there. Your caution is noted but not taken seriously. Demand to be heard. If what you want is not on offer, then planning to move on is necessary. Keep aspects of your open and honest nature on view. Building trust is worthwhile at any time, especially during negotiations.

PISCES (February 20 – March 20) In this time of pull and push life can be confusing. Which direction is the right one? Right now your gut feeling is worth listening to. Even the kindest people can sometimes tell you what they think you want to hear, not what you need to hear. Reading between the lines was never more important. Of course, others are full of their own opinions as usual!

ARIES (March 21 – April 20) This is a time to bring someone special into your life. You may think that this will be too much hassle. Try not to overthink. A simple friendship is a good beginning. There is more energy now to give to what you need yourself, as opposed to running around for others. Getting a balance is never easy for someone as kind and giving as yourself. Feel the shift in your heart.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21) Had enough change and instability? Sometimes it must seem as though someone is trying their best to shake you up! Mercury the messenger is coming direct. Now is the time to share feelings, dreams and long-term hopes. In speaking out, you realise that holding onto the past is doing you no favours. Sentimentality is no trade-off when stepping into the future.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21) Just about given up on making any real progress? Anything holding you back is about to fade away. You are being urged by Mercury the messenger to be open and honest about your life. Bring out bad feelings and the good will follow. We all make mistakes but we do not have to repeat them! Here is a path to the future, a change in direction and a gentle hand to hold onto.

CANCER (June 22 – July 22) Everyone has wanted a piece of you for so long. It makes it hard to remember what you wanted for yourself. As the needs of others drop away, there may be a gap that you instinctively want to fill. Don’t. Given the chance, you will begin to find your true self again. Push back against those who try to organise or tell you what you need. Be who you have always wanted to be.

LEO (July 23 – August 23) Light the candle that will show you the way into the future. Avoid snuffing folk who would put your flame out! These can be exciting times as changes tumble all around you. The chance to have fun and also show your talents is to be taken in both hands. Run with it before anyone tries to stop you. Realise that you cannot please everyone from your past and freedom is yours.
