Cara­mon­dani gets new HQ, ready for Ayia Napa ma­rina

The Cara­mon­dani Group in­au­gu­rated their new, state-ofthe-art head­quar­ters in the In­dus­trial Zone of Pera Cho­rio Nisou and hosted an event to mark the company’s 55 years of ac­tiv­ity in ma­jor projects, in­clud­ing ho­tels, hos­pi­tals, power sta­tions, de­sali­na­tion units, pub­lic build­ings and sewage treat­ment plants.

The build­ing was in­au­gu­rated by En­ergy, Com­merce, In­dus­try and Tourism Min­is­ter Yior­gos Lakkotrypis, who said: “We are es­pe­cially pleased to see Cypriot com­pa­nies to achieve their goals, to grow and to ex­tend their op­er­a­tions in Cyprus and abroad, par­tic­u­larly in th­ese dif­fi­cult times, I do not think there are bet­ter in­di­ca­tions for the pos­i­tive prospects of our econ­omy other than the clear mes­sage that your Group sends out to­day”.

The Min­is­ter also an­nounced that per­mits for one of the big­gest planned projects of the group, the Ayia Napa ma­rina, are ex­pected to be is­sued soon, with the con­struc­tion work set to be­gin in the first half of 2015 and com­pleted in 2018.
