Cyproman Services Ltd., the advisory firm owned by KPMG Cyprus that has been providing management services since 1996, had changed its name to CPM (Corporate Administration Services) to better reflect the new business environment and the global needs of clients, said its General Manager Costas Christoforou.

Cyproman hosted clients and associates at a series of events last week at the Centre of Visual Arts and Research in Nicosia, with the new brand and corporate identity presented by Christoforou.

“The management deemed it was the right time for a change, to rename and rebrand the company to reflect the increased international nature of its services and operations,” he said.

The daughter company Cyprofund Administration Services Ltd. has also been rebranded to CPF (Fund Administration Services) to align with the CPM Group identity.

Christoforou said that both CPM and CPF are not so concerned with the “deoffshorisation” process underway in Russia, whereby President Putin wants to retrieve taxes from Russian-owned companies at home and abroad, as CPM’s services have already succeeded in hiring new staff and finding office space for clients who have only recently moved their base to Cyprus.

“Our strong presence in global markets such as Russia, Ukraine, India, China, USA, UK and South Africa as well as many others – has increased the need for the company’s brand to reflect on our reputation and professionalism.”

Cyproman Services Ltd. (now CPM) was incorporated in 1996 with its main focus being the provision of fiduciary services. Over the years, the company has grown significantly and has expanded the range of services offered.

Today, CPM provides a full range of services to international and local clients, including major multinationals, banking institutions and high net worth individuals. These services include fiduciary, company administration and secretarial, accounting & bookkeeping, escrow, payroll and fund administration services. Moreover, through its associates, CPM also offers aviation, yachting and crew management & administration services.

Christoforou said that from just three people 18 years ago, the company now employs 80 people in their offices in Nicosia and Larnaca.
