Chris­tiana Kyr­i­a­cou ap­pointed Coun­try Man­ager for Ped­er­sen & Part­ners

Ped­er­sen & Part­ners, a lead­ing in­ter­na­tional ex­ec­u­tive search firm with 53 wholly owned of­fices in 50 coun­tries, an­nounced the ap­point­ment of Chris­tiana Kyr­i­a­cou as the Coun­try Man­ager for Cyprus.

Kyr­i­a­cou brings over 15 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in hu­man re­sources, tal­ent ac­qui­si­tion & per­for­mance man­age­ment.

Ac­cord­ing to a com­pany an­nounce­ment, she ac­quired strong func­tional ex­ec­u­tive search ex­per­tise while serv­ing in key po­si­tions with sev­eral lead­ing in­ter­na­tional and lo­cal bou­tique con­sul­tancy firms and has a proven track record in de­vel­op­ing ef­fec­tive re­cruit­ing strate­gies, im­ple­ment­ing train­ing and de­vel­op­ment pro­grammes and com­plet­ing suc­ces­sion plan­ning projects.

Prior to join­ing Ped­er­sen & Part­ners, Kyr­i­a­cou worked as a re­cruit­ment man­ager for a global hu­man re­sources con­sult­ing and ad­vi­sory com­pany. She was re­spon­si­ble for es­tab­lish­ing the Cyprus branch of a lead­ing in­ter­na­tional re­cruit­ment group, where she man­aged the full re­cruit­ment process and was re­spon­si­ble for de­vel­op­ing and de­liv­er­ing re­cruit­ment strate­gies cov­er­ing western and cen­tral Europe and the Mid­dle East.
