Leptos Estates boosts presence in Egypt
Leptos Estates continued to have a significant presence at international real estate exhibitions and investment seminars in various Middle East countries within the first three months of this year, especially with its participation in the “Cityscape Egypt 2016”, the largest real estate exhibition in the area held at the Cairo International Convention Centre.
The dynamic presence of Leptos Estates along with its wide property portfolio in beautiful Cyprus and a mazing Greece, attracted the attention of large real estate agents, big investors and hundreds of property buyers as the company is striving to create a strong network of business associates along with a unique clientele. Cityscape Egypt 2016 once again delivered a strong turnout of serious home buyers and investors by packing the exhibition halls over the four days. Leptos Group Marketing Director, Sakis Hadjialexandrou, said that “we have had a presence in Egypt since the 1980s and are still making a great effort to promote not only our company but Cyprus and Greece in general and will continue this particular exposure. We endeavour to rebuild existing markets and create new ones. We are also aware that the regions of Paphos in Cyprus and Chania in Greece recently became one of the most popular destinations for Egyptians attracted to permanent residence or for holidays and investments.
