Ayia Napa Marina works in full swing

Construction work at the Ayia Napa Marina is moving full speed ahead with the project expected to be completed in the summer of 2021, while the marina will begin operations in the summer of 2019.

The project received positive feedback when presented at events and exhibitions in Dubai and London, while in a few days, the project will be officially presented in Moscow. As a result, 30% of the marina’s East Tower having already been bought, and sales figures are indicative of the project’s popularity.

The project, developed by MM Makronisos Marina Ltd. and contracted to Terna AE of Greece, will cost EUR 220 mln and will include 600 berths, commercial and residential property of 30,000 sq.m. and will employ 800 people during the five year construction phase, hiring a further 200 people for its operation.
