Cobalt Air launches priority customer loyalty scheme

Cobalt Air has launched a new recognitio­n membership scheme for its most valuable customers, and the top tier of its loyalty programme.

A frequent flyer with Cobalt can save time and money with the Elements Card.

Elements Members will be treated as special guests; and receive benefits including discounted fares, priority check-in and boarding, additional luggage allowances and much more.

Members will receive a stylish black membership card and two premium leather and metal baggage tags. This is to allow our staff to better recognise passengers at the airport.

“Our aim is to provide our regular customers with an even better, personalis­ed service,” said Cobalt.

Key benefits include express check-in at airports; check-in at the business class counter regardless of class of travel; invited to board first on all flights; two compliment­ary 20kg bags on all flights plus one hand luggage; priority luggage delivery; change fees waived for Elements Card members; a 10% discount on our lowest available web fares; a dedicated team to assist with bookings, seat requests, changes to bookings; partner offers such as car hire and hotel reservatio­ns.

Elements members booking a Cobalt Holiday are eligible for a compliment­ary room upgrade and will also receive three compliment­ary upgrade vouchers which will be included in the booklet of their Elements Package.

Extending

its reach in the Middle East, Cobalt Air signed an interline agreement in June with global carrier, Etihad Airways, and its inflight experience was recently enhanced by the introducti­on of Bluebox WOW IFE on all aircraft.

In June the company expanded its offering with the launch of Cobalt Holidays.

Cobalt Air currently serves 21 destinatio­ns and 12 countries from its home base in Cyprus.
