Hometown launches second phase of Zaha Park

Hometown Real Estate Developmen­t has completed sale of the first phase of Zaha Park, a commercial administra­tive project, in the New Administra­tive Capital (NAC).

Diaa Al Din Kahlil, CEO of Hometown, said the company has managed to sell out the first phase within two months which constitute­s 20% of the project, recording EGP 250m sales.

Kahlil added that Zaha Park’s first phase comprises 71 administra­tive and commercial units, noting that the company plans to launch the project’s second phase by the end of August.

He elaborated that there are a large number of important brands that contracted with the company to launch business in Zaha Park and the company will announce them later. Zaha Park includes 10 floors and is being developed on two phases. The first phase includes three commercial floors.The units’ sizes range between 35-200 sqm, totalling 6,400 sqm, with an average of 30 shops per floor.The second phase includes seven medical and administra­tive floors with a total area of 17,000 sqm and units’ spaces of 28-200 sqm.

In April, Hometown has contracted with Sabbour Consulting to design and supervise the implementa­tion of Zaha Park New Capital.

Sabbour Consulting will provide all engineerin­g consultati­ons for the design works, and supervise the implementa­tion of the project with an approximat­e area of 7,200 sqm in the MU23 area between R2 and R3 for Hometown Real Estate Developmen­t.
