The Lillies will take you through a gospel musical journey sharing love. The project is managed by Hala Group Entertainment and initiated by Zazikhona Music according to Larry Mhlanga who is the project Manager.

Mhlanga said the purpose for forming the choir is to encourage young girls who are gifted in art to explore their potential in music as a career as this will have positive impact on them to realise their potential at a younger age and use it for future income generation.

‘‘It will also keep the young girls occupied during school holidays as they get busy with music lessons also to celebrate and empower young women in the music industry so they can be able to make income and fend for their families through music as a talent, this will reduce dependency syndrome,’’ said Mhlanga.

“We as industry gatekeepers need to promote team spirit and oneness among women to support each other as they grow in the industry in that way we will be promoting good character and integrity among women as they climb up the ladder in the industry,” said Mhlanga.
