“What makes me like training is the I love I have for my body and health. I want to stay fit. I just love gym life for I am who I am because of it.”

Can you highlight some of the challenges that you normally face and how you deal with them.

“In every sport, there are challenges but I just tell myself aerobics and karate are what I like and nothing can stop me from doing the two.”

How has your life changed since you adopted this active lifestyle?

“My life changed because I started to know many and more people which I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for gym.”

What advice can you share with our dedicated readers today?

“What I can share to people who face weight challenges is that they must at least train five days a week, stay away from starch and at the gym they must work as hard as they can.”
