Simelane said to ensure that these initiatives were realised, the ministry had set out to establish the Agriculture Development Fund, which would provide financing facilities for de-risking agriculture value chains, youth starter pack facilities, and accelerating investments for agriculture’s infrastructure.

BULANDZENI – The CEO of SEDCO has been impressed by the creative youth of Ndzingeni Inkhundla.
Khetsiwe Mhlanga, who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Small Enterprises Development Company (SEDCO), described the youth of Ndzingeni as very creative.
