Setetete can one forget the past weekend, which was filled with fun and excitement courtesy of the Megasound Picnic. During this event fun lovers welcomed South African (SA) musician Sjava, who headlined the event with SA Kelvin Momo.
The event was planned as a two-fold event, during the day fun lovers were expecting to have their picnic as part of the event then in the evening live performances were expected to thrill the crowd.
However, the weather greatly affected the show as it started raining early in the morning on the day of the event. This publication was already on site as early as 9:30am at Prince of Wales Sports Ground as
PChonco, an international travelling evangelist, inspirational and motivational speaker, said it was by God’s grace that he is doing well in music.
The upcoming artist’s Gospel music song, ‘I Praise Your Name’, is making waves not only in this country but in Turkey, Ghana, Zimbabwe ,Australia, Nigeria and the United States (US).
Chonco is from Ntabamhlophe, a village near Estcourt in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, and was raised by his mother, Ntombifuthi Zakwe, to whom he attributed most of his success, living in an extended family.

The event had lot of activities from kiddie’s corner, to sporting activities such as soccer. The sporting activities section started off on a high note at 10am, with soccer teams jumping on to the field to compete for the E10 000 prize money for first position.
